Air conditioning:
You can use the remote control to adjust the temperature. However, please be responsible in using them, and don’t leave the A/C running when you leave the house.

You need to inform us in advance, so that we can assist you on how to operate the washing machine. or you may contact Ariel +63 951 931 1201 directly for assistance.
Coffee machine:
The coffee machine is easier to use than it looks: just follow the instructions indicated on the wall.
Water dispenser:
Situated in the dining area. You can also see the instruction indicated on the wall.

This is a shared community pool for the whole subdivision and our guest are free to use anytime. Please be responsible in using the community pool.
