Cancellation

Upon confirming your reservation, Zhenrentals requires you to agree to the cancellation terms for each property. If you do not show up at the start of your rental period, you will forfeit your payment. Any cancellations made within 14 days are considered Non-Refundable and cannot be changed or modified. Early departures or failure to arrive at the property will be treated as a No-Show, and no refunds will be issued.

*This policy is applicable only to accommodation bookings. Reservations for car and motorcycle rentals are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Photo Policy

All guests must provide a copy of legal ID prior arrival. This can be sent via email. ID such as passport, driving licence or government issued identity cards. Please send these in advance via email. For advanced bookings please send ID 3weeks before stay as this needs to be registered beforehand with the management office. A copy of every guests ID is required upon arrival for the subdivision security requirements.

Vehicle Policy

If you plan to bring your own vehicle during your stay. You will need to advise us within 3 weeks before stay or immediately for last minute bookings. An application form will be required therefore, car make and model along with the vehicle registration is required. A parking permit from the management office will be issued upon arrival.

Care of the Property

You are responsible for the property and are expected to take all reasonable care of its furniture, pictures, fittings and effects, in or on the property. You must leave them in the same state of repair, and in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period as at the beginning. You must not use the properties for any dangerous, offensive, noxious, noisy, immoral activities or carry on there any act that may be a nuisance or annoyance to the owner or other neighbouring properties.

 

Guest Responsibility

For any adult requiring care remains the responsibility of the guest at all times. If you have any allergies kindly inform us immediately to provide your safety and comfort. The management will not be liable if failure to notify.

Liability

The host accepts no liability whatsoever for any death or personal injury, material loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the property.

Damages, Loss, Theft

Guests are required to notify the host of any damage or loss, regardless of the cause, except for normal wear and tear that occurs during their stay. The full cost of item replacement will be charged, while repair costs will vary based on labor, time, and materials.

**It is prohibited to remove any items from the property.

Rules Before Stay

You can refer to the rules and regulations of each listing provided, as well as the following information below.

No pets allowed. No pushcarts and animal-drawn vehicles are allowed. No tents, stalls, sheds, makeshift shanties or any structures are allowed. No installations of clothesline or temporary.  No firearms, drugs or dangerous weapons are allowed. Burning garbage is prohibited. Noise curfew according to the property rules. No unnecessary waste that could harm the property.
